Who is Assaad M. Stephan?
Assaad Stephan is a licensed California attorney whose practice emphasizes transactions, litigation, arbitration and mediation on behalf of companies and individuals primarily in the fields of: (1) Business (2) General Civil Litigation, (3) Estate Planning, (4) Personal Injury, and (5) Probate.
Assaad Stephan is local to the Bay Area. He went to high school at Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose. After graduating with a business management degree from the University of California, San Diego, Mr. Stephan graduated from law school at the University of San Francisco School of Law. Mr. Stephan later received his masters (LL.M.) in taxation from Golden Gate University.
Assaad Stephan has drafted many estate plans – wills and trusts – for single individuals and for families. He has also represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of matters relating to contract disputes, construction disputes, fraud, personal injuries, probate litigation and estate administration.
Mr. Stephan is fluent in English and Arabic, and can speak some Spanish and French.
