About Kerry T. Smith - Esq. Partner, Montgomery & Hansen, LLP
Kerry has been practicing law for over 20 years and concentrates his practice on corporate and securities law for early stage companies and investors. He represents clients in all aspects of corporate transactions, including formation, equity and debt financings, option plans, employment agreements, subsidiary formation, license and technology agreements, spin outs, asset sales, and mergers and acquisitions. Kerry serves as general counsel to many clients and their management and boards of directors helping to shape and execute their business, acquisitions and liquidity strategies, as well as advising them on day-to-day legal, corporate, regulatory and other strategic issues. He had represented OCZ in its listing on AIM in 2006 which had an initial offering price of £0.65. In January, 2009, Kerry joined OCZ as EVP and General Counsel and became CFO in March 2009. While CFO, he migrated OCZ off AIM and onto NASDAQ where it had an initial offering price of $4.35 |
