Stan Lewandowski is a corporate and project finance attorney at K&L Gates LLP. He advises start-up and more mature companies, particularly in the high-tech and clean-tech sectors, on all legal aspects related to business formation, corporate governance obligations, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, IP licensing and protection, and mergers and acquisitions.
