About Hakan Ates: Mr. Ates served as Member of Management Board at Dexia SA from December 2010 to June 30, 2012. He established Garanti Bank-Moscow, where he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer until May 1997. He began his banking career in 1981 an Internal Auditor at flbank. Following various positions at different departments at Interbank from 1985 to 1994, he worked as the Branch Manager at the Bakirkoy, Izmir and Main Branches.
